Note: For any charter between 23:00 and 06:00, an additional hour will be charged. High mileage local charters may be charged 8 hours minimum. Additional travel time (deadhead) hours will be charged as follows:

* Riverside, Dana Point, Oxnard/Ventura Areas - 2.0 Hours
* Santa Barbara, San Diego, Palm Springs Areas - 3.0 Hours

* Daily service limited to 12 hours maximum driver on duty time per day.
* Additional hours within legal limits may be booked using hourly rates above.
* If day trip involves excessive driving hours or extremely difficult driving conditions, additional charges may be incurred.
* Over the road, multiple day trips must assure driver has a minimum of 8 hours rest before starting service on the next day.

Additional Charges/Notes

1. Prices effective as of 01/02/08.
2. 10% Fuel Sucharge will be applied to all prices noted above until further notice.
3. Driver gratuities not included in rates.
4. Overnight accommodations for driver shall be provided by customer for all trips that require driver to stay overnight.
5. 1% PUC TAX will be applied to all services, unless commercial carrier.
6. Any pick ups at LAX/ONT/LAS shall have $5/$12/$10 service fee added.
7. All tools, park entry fees, permits, parking, etc. for vehicle shall be paid by customer.
8. Special pick up and drop off fees apply to Las Vegas Airport. Lion Express will advise on cost.
9. Rates above do not apply to Special Events such as Super Bowl, World Cup, or New Year's Day, etc.
